MISSION
The Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce that unites PR with the mainland, known as the Puerto Rico - USA Chamber of Commerce (PRUSACC), is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of a Puerto Rican network and collaborative platform to:
- Foster and promote socioeconomic development
- Encourage entrepreneurship
- Drive innovation
- Share best practices
- Support business expansion throughout Puerto Rico and the USA
- Stimulate productivity with the US Hispanic Market, Dominican Republic, Cuba (when viable), Latin America, Spain, and the European Union
Our focus is on creating and implementing economic development programs, projects, and events that unite Puerto Rican culture and its diaspora, and connecting with the US Hispanic Markets to expand and leverage our opportunities and markets.
We are an inclusive network for businesses, NGOs, and institutions that aim for socioeconomic development.
We seek to build a new ecosystem that attracts and encourages companies and investment groups relocating to Puerto Rico to explore opportunities in import/export markets, manufacturing, and networking with mainland counterparts and prospects.
PRUSACC brings together strategic partners and dedicated officials to promote the interests and agenda of Puerto Rico's advancement.

Building the collaborative and communications framework to unite the nation of Puerto Rico and its diaspora around the world. Support and initiate research to achieve and maximize our vision while engaging with PRUSACC- the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce uniting PR with the mainland US. Create and maintain a valuable database of Puerto Rican businesses in Florida and subsequently all major Puerto Rican goods and services markets. Promote our diaspora community and Puerto Rico as the key resource and gateway to the United States, Dominican Republic, and Latin America. Advocate for policies that help our communities grow. Sister Cities Programs facilitate meetings and exchanges between cities, institutions, and NGOs through these initiatives, among others. Collaborate with Puerto Rican diaspora institutions and PRUSACC, the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce uniting PR & the mainland, known as PR-USA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, to promote participation, collaboration, and membership of Puerto Rican chambers, NGOs, NPOs, and other organizations such as the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) and the Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce (FHACC). Develop a nationwide Puerto Rico - United States youth educational and professional development outreach program. Launch the PR AI Institute & related programs for sustainable tech and trade development and education promoting productivity to foster economic growth and prosperity.
